I was making the rounds at the annual birth and baby expo at a local hospital, when I came up to the table where the a local midwife/ob/gyn office had set up--they are fabulous--great midwives, even very natural childbirth friendly ob's (all hospital, midwives, though). VBAC friendly--I'm always reccomending them to friends. Lo and behold, what's on their table, next to brochures and business cards?
A big stack of 1st Trimester gift packs from Similac.
I couldn't believe it. I really think my mouth opened right there. And then one more table down, another midwife/ob office--big giveaway cans of Similac.
I was just so dissapointed. Babies R Us were there, and didn't have a single bottle or anything formula related on their giant spread of tables.
