do any of you all clip coupons? we dont' get a paper...is there any other (free) way to get the adds? or do you save enough to justify a sunday paper every week? or do you buy them online?

we dont' buy a ton of name brand products, the type coupons are typically for, but we do buy an duse some and i'm thinking enough to make coupons worth it. especially with the big 10 for $5 off at kroger/gerbs right now.

thanks!

You can write/call/email the companies that you do buy products from and request coupons. Let them know how much you enjoy their products. There are also a ton of websites that you can print coupons from if your grocery store accepts them - not all of them will accept internet coupons. We do get our local paper, but if we didn't, I'd probably still get the Sunday paper because I find that by shopping for things when they're on sale and combining the sales with coupons, I save well more than enough to justify the minimal cost of the paper.

At my grocery stores I frequently get coupons on the back of my receipts. Can you request them directly at the store?

I go to www.coupons.com and print what I want. At www.hotcouponworld.com I find supertarget coupons that I can combine with reg. manufacturer coupons. They have coupons for their store brand too. I just got coupons in the mail from www.organicvalley.com and I see they have some printable coupons. I also only get the Sunday paper and that's pretty cheap.

My grocery bill usually goes down about $15-$20 with the coupons I use so for me it's worth it.
