I have to say BGs are among my favourites, they have always fit well and held up so far for almost 2 years. I am in process of having my 3.0s converted to snaps because the velcro is wearing...

Hey all! Where can I find decent wool and cotton blends online for longies and shorties? O-Wool Balance is sooo nice, but a little pricey considering I would have to buy two per pair or pants. TIA !!
I am researching wool/cotton blends for sweaters for hubby (he gets too hot for wool). I really like Serendipty Tweed (50/50); Cotton Fleece (80/20) and Mirasol Cotanani (60/40 and on sale on Webs).
And Knit One Crochet Too 2nd Time Cotton is lovely - Cotton and Acrylic that is recycled from new textile waste.
Do you like Peace Fleece or 100PureWool? They're my 2 favorites. I know a coop that's doing both now if you'd like to pm me. PF is beautiful and indestructible, but a little rough for newborns. PureWool is beautiful and super soft, but less durable. Both companies are concerned about keeping their sheep in humane, natural conditions and use natural dyes. Both run about $6-7 per skein through a coop.
I second Main Line from Knitpicks. It's inexpensive and very lovely. I'd avoid Noro Silk Garden. There is so much vegetable matter in there that it's always going to be scratchy. A friend of mine likes to comment that there's a little too much of the garden still in Silk Garden.
