Converting WHO charts into standard measurements

I figured I'd ask you ladies about this. I printed the WHO growth charts today and wanted to chart my kids' growth on them, specifically my 20mo who was never given formula. Anyway, I see they are in metric and I don't know how to convert. If you could instruct me on that I'd sure appreciate it! We have an appointment coming up with the endocrinologist to see if he's grown (according to CDC charts he's in the 3rd percentile roughly) and I'd like to have the WHO charts with me when we go.

In google, in the search field, you can type in "10 kilos in pounds" or "9.5 pounds in kilos". That's the easiest way I know of.

Just for quick reference: 1 kg is equal to 2.2lbs. So you take weight in lbs and divide by 2.2. That gives you kg.
