how to sew needle case?

Ok, so perhaps a better question for the sewing board, but hoping maybe one of you have come across something already. I'd like to use some fabric I got in the last MBOY to make a needle case, either for my DPNS or for my interchangeable sets, or both. I really want a pattern to follow and not getting what I expect when I do google searches. Anyone else made their own? I know a number of you sew as well. TIA!

have you tried searching craftster? There are TONS of tutorials on there for a rolled needle case.

I haven't made one personally but my best friend made one for me for Christmas and she said it was super easy and she just followed a basic tutorial from craftster.org

This is on my to-do list as well...this is the tutorial I have bookmarked. It is straight-forward and seems like it will be easy to adapt to my needs. I will alter the size of the main fabrics and make one roll for straights, one roll/wallet for circs, and one roll for DPNs.

There is a pattern put out by the Favorite Things pattern company for a knitting needle holder. Also in the Stitch N B**** Book, there is a pattern. http://www.amazon.com/Stitch-N-Bitch...7688369&sr=8-1
