Stinging/Burning in the belly

I'm sitting here with so much pressure on my pubic bone that I can hardly move. Heartburn was the worst I've had in my life last night and most of today. Now add a stinging/burning sensation above my belly button. Anyone dealing with that? I don't think it is my skin, it feels like it is on the inside. Not sure if it means anything. I've started swelling like crazy too the last few days. I've had no real BH to speak of. I just wish something would happen already to let me know things are moving in the right direction.

I have had a ton of swelling in the past couple days too... and I have had a stinging sensation above my belly button but I am pretty sure that has been from my piercing scar s

Does the stinging go away when your belly has support? Like when you hold in your belly with your hands?
I get that, but it feels to me like it's on the skin. I just figured it was my stretch marks stretching. I got a really stretchy piece of Lycra from the fabric shop and sewed up a "support belt". It's big enough to cover my whole belly from top to bottom and tight enough to hold me in without squashing me. Works wonders. Before I made it I used support socks that I had cut in half and tied together.

My singing pain is also by my belly button but on the right side and above it a little.

My stinging is right where the top of my belly meets the bottom of my ribs...

It will all be over soon, hang in there!

Yes, it goes away if I rub it real good or if I adjust my belly somehow. It's probably skin and muscles. I'm measuring 42 weeks at 39, so that's probably it. I'm so trying to be patient.

i have that too!!!

on my left side tho', under my boob. i doesn't feel like its on the skin, kinda feels like the muscles are tearing apart- only goes away if i rub on it or support it some how.... and recently i've noticed that the skin outside is numb

nobody could tell me what it was....

I had that too. Felt like my belly was going to split there.

Y'all are making me feel better. I have had a little stinging down low and was hoping it didnt have anything to do with my c/s scar. Sounds like it could be just the skin stretching (since I would imagine that the pain would not go away if it were a serious scar issue).
