My Mom knitted my dd two soakers with superwash, but they are leaking:. I have lanolized them and they still leak. Anyone else used superwash for soakers?

superwash is not for soakers, sorry.

The best is 100% wool, some brands that are popular on here are peace fleece, farm yarn (little turtle knits), cascade 220, and I like galway.

sorry about the first ones, FYI if you haven't tried the Curly Purly pattern it is really nice, I like it.

The curly purly is what she made! They are so cute, it makes me sad.
Do you know of any good patterns for shorties, or others that would be good for a night soaker for my three yo ds?

Thanks!

can you knit a rectangle of reg.wool and then stitch it in at the front and back waist on the inside? Like a false crotch?

I really like the longies in the Elizabeth Zimmerman's, Knitters Almanac.

It is not too expensive and I actually combined the CP waistline with the EZ longies and they are cute. Her pattern also suggests when to stop if you want shorties.
