Can I take tylenol??

My midwife is always telling me to call if I have a headache that doesn't go away with tylenol, and I'm pretty sure I've read here that its ok to take....
I'm just paranoid.

Also, is anyone having terriblejoint pain in their knuckles?? I thought it was becasue my hands were so swollen, but the swelling has gone down and the joints still hurt- I'm assuming its like the carpal tunnel I have, or the fact that my hips hurt, like a hormonal thing, but I wanted to see if I was the only one....

I've had to take tylenol several times during this pregnancy, especially this far along if you need it mama you can take it

Yes to Tylenol. And yes to the sore knuckles. I started getting them about two weeks ago. It was definitely something I never expected, but apparently it's quite normal!

I'm seriously considering some Tylenol. I'm so tired of being in pain all the time, even though acetaminophen makes me nauseous, I'd be willing to deal with nausea that eventually goes away rather than pain that does not.

Tylenol is ok and my last OB said ibuprofen was ok after 30 weeks but I didn't feel right taking it.
