The KT instructions I've read online call for starting your new batch of kombucha with either a cup of previous brew, or 2-3 Tbsp of pasteurized apple cider vinegar. But what would happen if you use raw ACV instead? It's capable of creating its own mother culture. So, would you end up with a jar full of ACV or kombucha?
