Leave it be or frog?

Love the back but the front has no yellow. Its starting to come around so do I keep going or frog and change my numbers a bit and hope that I get more even distribution?
I've got 9" to go on rise still so it could work out okay......not sure.

Is it a soaker?

I'd probably leave it be. If you're headed into a stretch of back and forth instead of in the round, the yellow will show up.

But then I usually do everything possible to avoid frogging.

I would leave it and love it, but I love my knitting to pool and come out asymmetrical or in weird patterns that I see others bemoaning

I'd keep it.
I am one who frogs easily...but it's not like there's NO color on the front...it's just uneven. But I have NEVER seen a soaker that had even color...the top is always different from the leg distribution and I dunno, it just always splotches...so I'd totally keep it.

Are you switching skeins? If so, I'd do two rows together then switch. If not, I'd start at the opposite end of the skein now.

Since you are doubting whether or not you like the way it looks now, you should frog. Unless you're thrilled with it, and you're not, right? Since you're asking? you should take it back and fiddle with the numbers.

I like flapjacks idea. I have a pair of socks that were pooling and not giving me the color changes I wanted so...I knit 2 inches then cut the yarn on each sock (2 at a time) then started back up switching the yarn from each of the socks. It still pools but changes durastically each 2 inches or so.

FYI...I will do almost anything to 'fix' a problem, I don't like to frog at all.

I too prefer to fix rather than frog. What I personally do if I see it not changing the way I want is to cut the yarn and get it to a color that I want and then start up again. I do this A LOT, but it also means more weaving in ends which I absolutely hate doing!

Yep- I've done that too. IF you choose that option, though, break the yarn with about 10" left, fold it double so that the loop is furthest from you and knit it in, with a loop of the new yarn knitted in in the same way. No seams. Cinnamonamom posted about this, and it's brilliant
