Soaked bread recipe?

Does anyone have a good recipe for a TF wheat bread where you soak the flour? Or that is very slow rise? (I don't want to mess with a sourdough starter bread right now)

Thanks,

You can use your favorite bread recipe, just cut the yeast to 1/4 and allow to rise a long time though from what I know, a wet sponge method where it gets to rise twice is better.

Thanks for the reply

I just found the no-knead bread recipe and read that you can let it rise for 24hours which is what I was looking for.

I am hoping baking my own will save money (The flour plus the propane to heat the oven). Ezequiel at TJs is up to 2.99 a loaf now.

I have made this about 6 weeks ago and it was so delicious I think I ate the whole loaf in one day by myself. I am going to make it more once i have more energy (baby#3 is less than a month old).

There's a whole no knead thread here but I can't remember what it was called. Something like "have you seen this new thing in breadmaking". Got a toddler asking for attention atm though so no time to search.

Oh, I miss bread. (I went GF about a month ago.)
