I 've been having contractions all day. They've went from 20 minutes to this..

These feel nothing like I had with my son. My water broke with him first, they started off like the labor that I've been having on and off forever. But these feel much different. intensely center of my being painful. I can't talk through them.. I can barely think.
The longer ones are when I am not moving around. I move during the contraction, but I am sitting on my birth all. I guess my questions are this..
How can I get through this? It's hard er to get over them, I am losing my focus.
And can this be it, since neither my water has broken, nor any more sign of my mucus plug?
