(pictures will be coming later, when it dries)

I finally figured out the solution to felting this stuff. IF you wash it on 60 degrees, put it in the tumble dryer for half an hour, wear it for a month, wash it on 60 degrees and dry flat, wear it for a couple of months, wash it on sixty, then the third time you take it out of the washing machine it will magically fit you
And I love it The felting process has completely hidden my truly wonky seaming, and it fits! It fits! It fits!

funny you should mention-

last weekend I washed and dried a pf sweater that was so not perfect. It was the first thing I knitted and was a little too big and just didn't look that great (hence why it had been sitting in my closet forever). Well it felted slightly and it is an absolute 10 now! It fits perfectly- and looks like a piece of perfect knitting! I think it was shear luck.

I like this lucky trend a lot. I love my cardigan, but I did feel a bit like a bag lady wearing it
