jenniferadurham, I love the name Paige too! It's becoming more popular now, which I find amusing, as I knew maybe 3 Paige's growing up. I'm named after my great-grandma, whose maiden name was Page. The town my family is from (incidentally, not that far from you) has a Page Cemetary, a Page Sawmill, etc. I'm from Texas originally - Houston, but my family is mostly in northwest Louisiana (Shreveport area).

Autumn> Thank you for the compliment! I'm not usually THAT swollen lol. I get pretty puffy while pg. I DO have cheek and jaw bones...I SWEAR!!! I usually don't take pics with my face in them bc I am so puffy, plus I hardly ever put makeup on and when the pics are taken are spur of the moment. We have a baby shower today so I'm sure there will be SOME decent pics.


Paige> I love how parents 're-use' a name like that! I wish we could do that but none of our family have good names to do that with.

Jennifer, you're gorgeous!

I tend not to post my face either during pg. I just look sick and wrong. I think I've developed a second chin, even. Eww.

I'm so excited to look like me again!!!!

And actully thinking about it, that non-pg face pic was from BEFORE I'd lost 30 pounds and my face actually thinned out lol

Holly you have the most amazing eyes! That's all I notice in your face.

Jennifer I'm very jealous of your perfect pregnancy line, I never get that and I think its so cool.

Rahnee you are so pretty! I keep meaning to ask, is your name the same name as Rania? (like the same meaning?)

hrm. I don't know, avivaelona!

Rahnee is an alternate spelling of rani, which is Sanskrit for "queen".

I love seeing the belly pics. I didn't have the money for them when I was pregnant with Kairi, and I really lucked out that a coworker's wife is putting together a portfolio to start her own photography business. She did all of our pics for free!

As for the second chin thing...it's all about tilting your head *just right* in pictures...or making your DH take 5 belly pictures at a time and deleting all but the best one...

Paige - I have only ever known *one* Paige, when I was a kid, in Houston ... I have a hunch she & I are a bit older than you, though

This pregnancy, I don't think I've gained weight in the face ... not positive, but I don't think so. I also insist on 5 pictures for every *1* I might keep

AWWW! Ya'll made me blush! Thank you, I needed a pick me up!

I looking at everyone's pg bellies...everyones is so diff and unique! That's what makes this world go 'round....amazing to see that diff sized bellies have diff sized babies!!!!

My face gets HUGE while pg...I can't wait to not have a pg face...although my DH says he can't tell a bit of diff...and he's not lying, he'd tell me the truth.

35 weeks!!
I am really getting sick of this puffy preggers face. But I love my belly. Seriously though, my neighbor was over here the other day and she saw some semi-recent pics and said I look nothing like that! (we just moved here in March so I've been pregnant about the whole time) Come on though! Be nice! She's also the one who told me I had gained weight in my nose!!! Good grief!! That should be #1 on the list of what NOT to say to a pregnant woman! And she's pregnant too!!!! Anyway, enough boo-hooing, I'm so vain! But I can't wait to be back to normal!!

You do the EXACT same thing that I do! I'm small to start off with 125 lbs at 5'8", and my face is ALWAYS skinny. I have gained about 50 lbs too:. And then when I get a baby in my tummy...LOOK OUT! I was noticing the other day that my nose has even gotten bigger too. I keep saying that I can't wait to be skinny again!

Awwww, thanks Jennifer .... It's very funny because since the beginning of my pregnancy .. even before I knew the sex .. everyone seemed to know it was a girl, funny how that works huh ?!!

I'm the same way...I knew from day one that I was having a boy. I didn't have one person think otherwise either. My BFF is 20 weeks pg and I told her when she found out she was pg that she was having a girl. She swore up and down that she was having another boy...nope. I was right! LOL That pg intuition is *weird*!!!!!!!!
