I need to wash my windows BADLY! And the screens too. I've been washing the screens about twice a year. Last fall I did them and hung them up right away - 'cause I was in a hurry, it was freezing outside! Well, the wind must have blew just right and the water from the screen made my freshly washed windows have water spots!!
It's windy here today. So I'm thinking of washing the screens in the tub and standing them outside to dry for a while before rehanging. Any reason why I couldn't take the windows down and throw them in the tub and wash them??? Think I might try it!
Anyone else not have much luck with drying with newspaper??? I get streaks!
