is there a way to find a fabric to make Indian or Chinese prefolds? what fabric it is used for these?

You can also make really absorbant prefolds from layers of old t-shirts.

You don't want to make your own twill prefolds. Really. It doesn't save you ANY money, and may actually end up costing you more in fabric than it would to buy the already-made diapers.

If you want to save money making prefolds, go with the t-shirt prefolds. They absorb more than a CPF or Indian prefold, anyway! http://fernandfaerie.com/frugaldiapering.html

yeah I just noticed that!!!! I just bought some diaper cloth material (birdseye) and spent over $9 on it, by looking at it, I am sure I won't be making more than 5 prefolds. I decided to just put them on my registry and have ppl buy them for me lol!!!!! It's a cheap gift too!
