Turning Flats into PF's

I'd like to turn some of my full sized flats into infant sized pf's, or at least infant sized flats. Any ideas on sizes, instructions? Thanks!

OK, not exactly what you asked, but I just traded a bunch of pfs for flats on diaperswappers. There's a funny little market for flats still.
