So I haven't started my prozac yet, but watching the news tonight just put me over!! Fox news was covering a story about some a$$#% that gave a toddler pot to smoke!!!!! I am infuriated!!

ARRRR!! No more news for me..

No news or anything (usually internet) if you have any anxiety issues. Stay away (and off the computer). It will only make things worse.

i could not watch the news when PPD was at it's worst. any negative stories would just set me off.

I have normal depression now but I had horrible PPD that is over now. I still can't watch the news even while on zoloft. It is SO depressing! The things people do to each other and to children just makes me nauseous.
