What causes a set back, my grandma keeps saying something me having one about how much it hurts and comes from moving around too much and she took it a step further and said if you go out side you will have one??????

I assume she means a setback in your healing after birth progress, although I've always said do what feels good. For me that was spending a lot of time in the backyard walking around showing DS the flowers.

Yeah, if you do too much you might start bleeding more, end up sore down there or if you have stitches you can re-injure your perineum, etc. I was guilty of doing a little too much housework a week after I had the baby because dh went back to work and I was determined to prove I could take care of two babies and the house on my own. Well, I did it but the result was more bleeding after it had almost stopped, and I felt like poop. So just take it as easy as you can until you really get itching to start moving again, and then take it slow. But go outside, the weather is getting beautiful! Lol, grandma.
