I wear toe-nail polish and I guess thats whats caused my toenails to get a yellowish color to them. What are some things I can do to help clear it up?

use a base coat with dark polishes
you can use a buffing to buff the yellow away. you know the brush on gel for tooth whitening? you can brush it on your nails to whiten them as well.
btw some kinds of fungus can cause yellowing and thickening, so be aware of that.

I've used a paste made of baking soda and lemon juice. I just gently exfoliate my nails. It's worked for me. Someone also suggested to me the same paste but also mixed with milk.
