Ecover products?

I just bought the cleanser (looks like a watery paste stuff to clean sinks) . Is this going to do the same job baking soda will do? or does it have a brightner in it? I need something that will help my very old farmers sink look pretty.

I've never tried it. I do use their toilet bowl cleaner and it's my favorite of the any natural toilet bowl cleaners I've tried. However, I am also trying their laundry detergent and it's okay, but not great.

Some elbow grease and a paste made with baking soda, salt and a little water may work for your sink. It works great for my tub.

Ecover's dish soap is the best of all the natural ones I've tried.

LOVE their dishwasher powder soap AND toilet bowl cleaner.

I have the toilet bowl cleaner and dishwasher tablets and love them both. That being said, I have one of those "old" farmhouse type sinks and once the enamel is off it's almost impossible to keep from staining, especially since I'm not diligent about rinsing it out every.single.time something is put in it.

Hmmm.... I love their laundry detergent! Tho I've been using Dr Bronner's now 'cause it's cheaper.

I've never tried the cleaning paste.
I've used their laundry soap with good results - I'm currently using 7th gen just because I don't have to drive as far to buy it. I do use their dish soap - both hand wash and the dishwasher tablets and rinse. Best results I've gotten so far with a "natural" dishwashing product.

Dr. Bronner's for laundry? How do you do that?!

I like the Ecover products. I don't really have the time to make my own products, so I go with Ecover or Seventh Generation. I think both are pretty ethical companies that make good products.
