Is Incense bad?

I love the smell of incense but I wonder about the smoke? Is it really bad?I hardly use it now since I have a toddler but would occassionally like to use it.

Sort of. Air filters say to turn them off if you're burning candles or incense, it's too much for them to deal with or something.
