DSS and DD have decided to run every day and eat healthier foods. I'm glad that they want to be healthy, but at the same time I don't want them to have guilt about eating desserts in moderation. DSS has a very negative body image and is always saying that he's fat. He's not. This morning he told DD that her breakfast was going to make her fat. She said, "I don't care if it does, I'm hungry." I'm worried that he's headed toward an eating disorder.

Anyway, can anyone recommend a good book for boys and girls?
