Measuring behind/delivering late?

Midwives, if you have any input on this I'd love to hear some! I'm measuring a little small, about 3 weeks behind. It's not a big deal and not suprising because I've been pretty sick during this pregnancy and spent time in the hospital with a very bad flu. Perhaps this baby needs more time to cook because of all that? We are 100% sure of our dates and know the exact day of conception, so my measurements are accurate. Is it common for a baby to come later if mom is measuring behind a little like I am? My midwife hasn't ever seen that, so that's why Im asking here

how long have you been measuring behind? who is doing the measuring?
So by the book- Varney would say if you have had 2 measures that are more than 2 cm different than weeks refer for ultrasound

how has your baby's movement been? is your baby low in the pelvis or already enguaged? if you have always measured different than dates then it would be less of a concern to me, maybe just how you grow um -- so you have charts? because there can be a bit of holding on the sperm/egg meeting .
