Charlies Detergent- Ok for He Machines?

Just wondering if is is okay to use Charlies for dipes and clothing, in a machine that requires He detergent?

Charlie's is fine for HE.

Second, I have been using it for several months now and it works better than my former brand (All F&C)

Not only does this stuff work great in my HE machine (just started using my first bag of it recently) but now I no longer need dryer sheets! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!
