I didn't think I could get any bigger!

For some reason I thought my belly wouldn't continue to grow that much in the final weeks of pregnancy (I'm at 40w1d), but just this week I've started growing out of my bigger maternity jeans! I grew out of my smaller ones around 7 months, and all of a sudden this week when I sit in my bigger ones they gouge my lower belly.

Now all I have that's comfy is PJs and sweats! Please please please come soon, baby!!!

Is anyone else growing out of their few remaining clothes at this late stage?

I've been in PJs and sweats for MONTHS, seriously. It makes a woman feel so attractive.

At the end of my pregnancy, I think I had like two shirts that I kept rotating through.

yes to all of the above. i have been wearing the same clothes for a month...and most don't fit. i have just about 2 pairs of black pants left and some shirts that are starting to look silly! It is time little girl, you hear that!?!??!

I have one pair of pants that don't leave marks but they look so huge I hate wearing them. Only two shirts left too.

yes, also "bigger"...but actually, I think that my baby is just so low that the projection of my belly has changed (though that rear seam of my cotton yoga pants seems very stretched and tense...)

I find that I open doors into my own belly and bump into stuff again!

oh my, yes! in fact, i know the belly's gotten bigger since the baby turned from posterior, it was sort of hiding in there before. but as soon as it turned, i busted a ton of stretch marks right above my belly button, and my skin is feeling so unbelievably streeeeetched. i feel like it'll rip in two if i eat too much. lovely feeling, really.

as for clothes, my shirts have all been too short or a while now. but i have a bunch of shelf-bra camis and a couple of belly covers that i made and so i just wear those underneath all my shirts. or else i raid DH's drawer, as his t-shirts are still plenty huge on me. i don't really wear maternity pants much, i have like 3 pairs and i haven't been comfy in any of them for probably two months (and they weren't that great before), so i'm just sticking to my nice stretchy elastic waist yoga pants, and all those still fit just fine. i'm of the opinion that maternity pants are a total scam i hate them.

oh man i am so ready to have a baby already. it is nice to know i'm not alone! misery loves company!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one annoyed by lack of clothes that fit. The one thing that is saving me is that the weather keeps changing so I can wear my two remaining cool weather outfits for a few days and then my two remaining warm weather outfits (including a jumper/dress--which is great because it covers my belly). Otherwise I would be ready to burn a couple of items of clothing when the time comes that I don't have to wear them anymore.

I don't actually feel that much bigger than I did three weeks ago, which kind of worries me. My measurements have gone up and down, but so has the baby (it was really low and on the left side, then popped up to hang out on the right, and is now on the left, but I'm not sure if it's low again and just bigger or if it's not as low as before).

I'm super lucky - I bought a maternity skirt at the very beginning when the weather was warmer, and by some chance I got it big enough that it fits still. My jeans still fit but the lower part of the denim cuts right under my belly I can wear them out but I can't sit around in them.

None of my shirts actually cover my belly anymore though - luckily I have a bella band that still fits so I wear it with everything.

The baby hasn't grow so much lately, as wiggled around. All the wiggling gave me more stretch marks up over my belly - so uncomfortable!
