My letter to LOTA re: pumping discrimination - Page 2

So.

I got an "official" letter in the mail from the LOTA President today.

Huh.

It was apologetic, without any admission of wrongdoing, citing my "pereception" of unprofessional behavior by them, and the statement that I was "sucessfully able to pump and store the milk at the conference". Well, duh. I was able to do it. That was never my complaint.

Yeah. And then it went on to describe how many more members LOTA has since Katrina. WTH that has to do with the price of tea in China, I will never know.

I am speaking with the FirstRight rep on the phone on Sunday.

That was a great letter. Factual and non-emotional. I hope someone gets a talking about how innappropriate they were.
