Well, I think it's kind of hard to chart your temperature if you don't have a Day One.

What I would do (and did do) is focus on cervical mucus and cervical position primarily, until your period returns.
For me, the notion of getting up at the same time, after the same hours of sleep every morning was laughable until well after AF returned, even. So there's no way my charting would've been remotely accurate, even adjusting for the time differences in waking, since there was no guarantee I'd have had at least three solid hours of sleep before that.
If you're lucky enough to not be dealing with inconsistent sleep, then you could certainly chart your temp, but not knowing Day One and being able to establish a baseline would make it kind of frustrating, I'd think.
I would wait until AF returns and then start charting the temp, but going by CM and CP in the meantime can help.
