can someone remind me how to do the tea infusion?

For some reason I can't get the search function to work this morning. I want to make the RRL infusion when labor starts but I don't know how to make it. I actually have a pregnancy tea blend (rrl, nettles etc...... ) if that makes any difference.

With just raspberry leaves, it's one ounce of leaves to one pint. My leaves are very fluffy and just about fill the pint jar. I'm hoping to get to brew it soon!
