so i bought these oh a whim, but i didn't like them with just some gravy, which is what i was wanting. but now i have a whole bag of these and have no idea what to do with them. I suppose i could do them with spaghetti. but in need of other ideas.

Are they precooked, or can you thaw them and cook them like ground beef?

As meatballs, they're good with gravy, in tomato sauce, or in stews.

Pack them in a bento lunch with some dipping sauce? Like this or this.

My mom cooks them in Mr. Yoshida's sauce and they're super yummy. Probably super bad for you too though. LOL, I never thought to look it up since it's not something we have often.

I use cooked meatballs in the crockpot with bottled sweet and sour sauce and a can of pineapple tidbits--heat on low for a couple of hours and serve over rice.

They are also good heated with bbq sauce.

I either make a tomato sauce or use a bought pasta sauce, heat with meatballs and serve over rice. My husband loves it!

I'd do meatball subs with pasta sauce and mozzarella. Toast the rolls a bit under the broiler, then top with the sauce and meatballs and cheese, then back under the broiler to melt the cheese.

You could also do a stroganoff-type meal with it, with a brown/beef gravy, mushrooms, and sour cream. serve over parsleyed noodles. Or that might be too close to your original dish that you didn't like?

Or albondigas -- Mexican meatball soup.

Wait till you have a party and put them in a small crockpot with apricot jelly. Yummy hors d'oeuvres.
