Can you identify this rash?

Short history, for those who may not remember me:

Both my DSs have suffered from eczema in the past, and we were pretty sure it was a food allergy but never identified it despite some elimination diet efforts.

Three months ago, we moved from Florida to Maryland, and the eczema cleared up. Eureka! I concluded they must have just been allergic to Florida, LOL.

In the past two weeks, DS1 has developed tiny bumps all over his arms, legs and face (esp. around eyes, nose and mouth) which are very itchy and he's been rubbing his eyes like crazy. The bumps of course get bigger and start to bleed/scab when he scratches. Incidentally, the whole world is blooming around here and this past week, there has been a thick layer of pollen on everything outside. So I'm thinking it's some sort of seasonal allergy, but not sure.

Anyway, the pictures don't totally do it justice (especially on his face, it's hard to see), but take a look and tell me if you think I'm on the right track and if you have any advice.

I hope this link works---I'm not experienced with online photo sharing...

Could he have gotten into poison ivy? It sort of looks like poison ivy after it's been itched, especially the ones on his arms and legs. It doesn't look like eczema or allergy to me (I'm not a medical person, just a mom of three).

I really don't think it's poison ivy...it's itchy, but I think it would be a lot itchier if it were poison ivy. But I'm sure it's a possibility...
