So I am sure our DDC will be up for at least a couple more months but where do we congregate, I really love you ladies and I will ms u all. So tell me where you all hang out the most so I will know where to find you

Usually someone will start threads for each month. Like an "April 08 Mamas December Thread" in whatever forum we fit into.

i love you ladies too!

To be honest, the only way i'll stay in touch is through whatever forum we fit into (like soon "Life with a babe") when one of us starts the monthly thread.

I hate going through a whole big thread to read everyone's posts though. I love how everything is all nice and spread out here.

Me too! I suspect I wouldn't really keep up that closely if we were doing it that way. What about a yahoo group? For some reason I've been resisting Facebook... but I suppose I'd cave in if it was for you guys!

lol i can't stand myspace and generally neglect my yahoo groups. i like facebook because it's generally only people you actually have met that request friend invites unlike myspace where any random person wants to be your "friend" just to rack up the numbers.

yes, I do get annoyed by that about myspace....

Aw, I was thinking about this the other day!
It's been so nice to be able to come here and talk to mamas you know are going through the same things.
I feel like I've come to know you ladies...and your hemroids (shout out to "Everest").
Wherever you guys decide to congregate (<-----spell check), count me in!

I submitted a thread to Questions and Suggestions asking that DDC's turn into Born In Clubs. I'll let you all know when the thread is approved and posted.

That's a really good idea! I hope they say yes. It seems like every DDC makes some kind of off-site group because there's no real good way to stay in touch. Just like " I'm pregnant", "Life with a Babe" is too impersonal...

^Thats a brilliant idea if the board has enough space. If not, yahoo group sounds great for me too. I dislike myspace and facebook and that stuff.
