What kind of yarn to use?

Hey there! I am knitting some basic baby washcloths and I'm sort of new to knitting so I had a yarn question. I want to use an organic cotton yarn but can anyone tell me what brand would be the softest yarn that I could use? Or what I should look for to have the softest yarn possible? Or where I could get it?

TIA!!!

I *love* Blue Sky Alpaca's organic cotton. So soft. It would make us some gorgeoous but expensive washcloths. I buy it at my LYS but you can order it online, too.

blue sky alpaca. hands down. softest, fluffiest cotton ever. like a cloud. and yes it is expensive but you can easily get 4 (if not 5) wash cloths from a skein. the price per washcloth isn't bad at all.
