Has anyone used this method before? I was reading about it, but I wondered if anyone on here has had experience with it.

I don't know if this will help you but I've had one sinus infection. I cured it with a neti pot and a nasal spray that contained: water, saline, xylitol and GSE. It's great stuff but I can't remember the name exactly. Something like X-Clear I think.

I remember in one of my aromatherapy classes the teacher said to NEVER smell gse straight bcus it will burn the skin in the nose layers. Its really strong stuff. I would use it very very very dialuted. When I use a neti pot I make a tea with salt to wsh my nose. I use antiseptic herbs that kill germs and soothe.

comfrey
candula
chamomile
salt (not table salt)

Yea, the remedy I was looking up said to dilute it and either drink it by mouth or use it in a saline nasal rinse. I have a saline nasal rinse so I just figured I could put it in that, since it would be diluted.
