HI-New to the boards but had to ask. Are there any mamas out here with children who have Birthmarks? DD#1 has a Portwine Stain on the side of her face. It is not a true POrtwine as it is not very thick..but none the less it is very noticeable. She is so beautiful and very feisty. My problem is now that she is 4 I have felt increasing pressure from MIL to "fix her face" This infuriates me but as I feel Layla is her own person I asked if she would like to have her birthmark removed to which she replied "No I live it,It's mine" Anyway long story short just wondering if there are any mamas with similar children. I thought it would be nice to share encouragement and stories.
