Come On, May Babies!!! ; )

I keep expecting to log on and read about more births! Crazy there's only 9 babies here already. Kierah is ready for more baby friends! Nah, we'll wait til everybody is good and ready. I am happy my little one is here, but at the same time, sad I'm not waiting with everyone. Doesn't make a bit of sense. And... I actually miss being preggo. Crazy Hormones! Hang in there, Mamas! We'll be seeing more babies soon! : )

I've been surprised too that we haven't had a ton of early birds.

I keep logging on expecting to see a post with another birth! Sounds like a few mamas are getting close though.

Missing pregnancy sentiments are not welcome!! TOTALLY KIDDING!!!

I know, what's with these slow cookin' may babies anyway?

How is life with a babe mamaj? I love your DD's name.

We are almost in may, its crazy how few bubs are here, i remember that the april DDC had heaps of babys by this time last month, i think even by mid month. Our babies must just be very comfy.

ya by this time april had already had half of their babies it seemed like. so that just means when we start popping it will be a mad rush lol.

I am ready. I never felt like this with my other two. But this water retention is really just making me unbearable. I have no patience with DD and she is just pushing every button she can find lately.

I am 4cm so maybe things will get moving soon here for me.

I see the mw tomorrow and can't wait to hear her say, (please note sarcaism)... "same as last week..1 cm and still firm "
I've been having some good contractions so we shall see. And Thrusday I go to the zoo with the kids.. A friend joked and said if I go into labor they are just going to take me over to the monkey cage and let them birth with me. I was like! yeah...better than a hospital with doctors..lol. You can imagine the looks I got with that statement. (fine print: I don't think all drs are the devil and that hospitals are the root of all evil, I just think some options are better for me and my babies)

I don't know what's worse. Being told you're firm and closed or being told you're 4 cm and stretchy, soft, anterior cervix, baby is 0 station and yet nothing happens. It's all bad!!

Well, the next round of babies will be Tauruses, so they'll come when they feel like it and not a minute earlier! (At least, that's what I think...)
It feels like I'm getting closer and closer. EDD is May 2 which is just a couple days from now. I've had days of prodromal labor and it's making me batty, but I checked my cervix today and it is much lower, softer and dilated to a 2! I actually touched the baby's head. It was amazing. I keep telling the baby- you're fully cooked, and I'm ready for you whenever you feel like coming out! It's just so exciting to think how soon we'll all be meeting our little babes.

Maybe the zoo is the trick... I know someone who went into labor at the zoo!

Give me 3 more days and I promise I'll try hard.

I just decided to go again. Have Dh and my mom going, but I decided they could head off with the boys and I could sit if I needed. Don't want to miss it, but don't want to wear myself out either.

Hey Sarah...where are more pictures of this little lady?? I need baby pictures!! Come on girl POST!! lol

Just what I need. DD is already stubborn enough, her motto is "what does hurry up mean?"

Same here with the Tauruses...already have one...did I really need another one..lol

I'm quite curious to see how a taurus is gonna blend with the family.. there are none. Being stubborn however will fit right in with this clan (myself included)

well. I'm of May origins myself, so we'll see who wins.

LOL! I know, I know... Kierah is doing GREAT! At just a week and two days old, she's already a pound over her birth weight. I'm getting the hang of this cloth diapering thing, although we are having issues with her stump healing up all of the way. It's mostly gone, but there's just a tiny, little bit of it left and it's being difficult. Big sister, Jamison is adjusting well. I hear, "I don't like the baby!" a little, but then she quickly changes her tune when we talk about it.

Good to hear you're all settling in. As an older sister, I totally get Jamison. I remember saying the same things to my mom, but whenever I was holding my brother, it was the coolest thing!
