I believe DD1 may have some allergy/ sensitivities...but I do not know where to start. She has almost an eczema - like rash on her upper arms. She often c/o "growing" pains, and has lots of days w/ "emotional breakdowns" Almost to the point of completely out of control! THen there are days that are ok. I noticed some others talking about a food diary, I think I may start that.
Now I also have that rashlike on my arms; but not as bad as hers. I noticed DD2 got a few "spots" of the same type of "rash" after trying green beans for the first time. (Although hers were not on her arms.)
If anyone has had similar symptoms - it may help to point me in some direction.
