Try a temp agency. Or offer to babysit some kids over the summer. What about a mall job? Maybe a seasonal job? Health clubs usually have some neat jobs - you can normally take your kids with you if you work in the nursery. I'm guessing a lot of people are in your boat. I'd love to work one evening a week.
