Thank you gifts for midwives & assitants

I am making baskets for my midwife, doula and two birth assistants. Any ideas what I should include? I want to spend around $30 each and maybe something extra for my midwife and doula. Can't be special ordered cause it's too close to delivery!

Also, the midwife we're using has been doing births for 24 years. She had plenty of things mention in the other Mothering thread. She said she really likes gifts that can be used up like stationary, gift certificates, soap, etc.

Maybe a nice photo of your baby and a donation to a charity she likes? It might be more meaninful, especially if she's already collected a lot of "stuff" over the years.
