favorite knitting magazine?

I'd love to subscribe to one knitting magazine. I'd love something with some small, do-able projects (along with the those months-in-the-making sweaters). So what are your favorites & why? I'd love links! Thanks. --Nancy

I love Interweave Knits! Of the knitting mags I have read, I enjoy this one the best. They have a wonderful mix of patterns and articles which give indepth information on yarn, pattern books, and designers - just a plethora of info! (I love that word, don't you?)

Thanks, Sharon. I do like Interweave Knits, but it's kinda like fantasy knitting, cause I feel way overwhelmed by most of the patterns. But the design and photography is lovely and that may be just what I need in a magazine. Any other input out there?

I thought this at first, too. But, my first sweater knit was Bonita for my mom. It was very intimidating, but turned out to be sooo easy! It's all about getting to know the repeats in patterns.
I vote for trying out IK, take on a pattern, join a KAL and go from there.
