weird thing just happened oppinions please

so i had my hand up on my belly i was feeling a definate pulse. it was the same as mine. and it was strong enough when I moved my hand it looked like a heart was stuck under the skin right there. now the only thing I can figure is his placenta is on top and he was pushing it up so I could see it and see the pulsing.... could that happen?? what do you think it was?

I've had that in both of my pregnancies. For some reason, I can always see my pulse beating through my stomach. Both boys have had the placentas attach in front, so that's probably why.

idk hun that would freak me out too, how odd. sometimes my guy gets the hiccups I think, or maybe he just kicks in a pattern but I'll get this thump, thump thump...doesn't really match my heart rate though, and is too high up to be hiccups cause I know his head is down...gotta be feet or a butt. Im sure it's possible with the amount of blood circulating through our bodies right now...and the placenta and cord is full size and pulsing regularly...don't see why not. It's common for me to feel my pulse in various parts of my tummy when I lay down too.

ya and I am use to being able to feel it in different spots but it was seriously like a pulsing ball poking out real weird. he gets hiccups all the time so definately know what that feels like. but whatever it was it went away. dh felt it and saw it too.

I have the pulsing daily (sometimes 2-3 times). I asked the OB and she said it's the placenta and an artery, she said I'd most likely feel it at the end of the day like you feel your feet and hands swelling more at the end of the day. Nothing to be worried about though.
