I'm sure it wasn't that
bad, but the visual is certainly entertaining!
megs~ WTG on laying the smack down! These young whippersnappers these days...
Seriously, though, it would drive me nuts, too, so good for you for saying something!
: to your DD! I meant to say something yesterday and in the chaos that is DS's twoishness I completely forgot. What kind of tricycle did you get her? I've been looking and can't decide if it's worth it to get a Kettler or if I should just settle for the much cheaper Radio Flyer...

I'm planning to take my bike out Airport Hwy. to do my long ride. Straight, fast and flat.
Ha, one of my best friends is from Edon. No Amish that I know of in Williams County, but there are plenty right across the state line in Indiana. Hey, West Unity has TWO stoplights! Although they're both at the same intersection.

LOL, someone on another board commented yesterday that "Three is two with practice." Can't wait for that!

I've decided to blog
about my marathon training. My goal is to update it after each run until the day of the marathon.
I hear ya on the short runs...I've done 4 twice this week and the first two miles were just brutal...and then just when I feel like I'm starting to hit my stride, they're over! Bookmarked (and commented on!) your blog!
Argh. DS is currently laying in his crib crying the cry of I'm So Tired but I Refuse to Go to Sleep. He fell asleep about 10 minutes from home, of course. He desperately needs the nap, so I hope he eventually gives in here. He threw up again last night, but has been acting ok today, albeit still fairly cranky. Pretty much the only thing the kid has eaten in 4 or 5 days is macaroni and cheese, but at least he's eating something, right? I hate to take him back to the doctor AGAIN, and besides, he's already on an antibiotic!
I finally made it to Michael's this morning to shop for cake baking/decorating supplies for his bday cake. I was thinking fire truck, but came out of there with a star pan. He's kind of obsessed with stars right now, they're definitely his favorite shape, so I figured it was appropriate, and we can save the firetruck for another year. And I can avoid the red icing that my OCD self was stressing about (hello...toddlers and red icing??? and I'm probably going to get my carpets cleaned the day before the party!).
rr~Got another 4 in this morning with the jogger. I'm actually really proud of myself because I got to bed even later than normal thanks to having to clean up puke/change sheets/etc in the nursery and I was TIRED when the alarm went off. But, I made myself get up and go, and I'm very glad I did. Around mile 3, I actually started wishing I had some more time and could have added a little more distance. I think I'll probably try to get out for 5 on Saturday. I like 5 miles, it's a nice distance...not too short but certainly not too long!
Alright, off to schedule car service, carpet cleaning, and other fun things.
