I ask because my LO 's poop has been yellowish but now it's a bit of green also, is that anything to worry about ?

Green often is a sign of foremilk/hindmilk imbalance, or can be a result of food reactions. So it's not surprising given that you know you have overactive letdown and suspect a dairy reaction.
Basically, green poop means that the milk is going through baby's body faster than normal. This can be because it's too watery (too much foremilk), or could be because they're reacting to something in the milk, so their body is trying to clear it out as fast as possible.

Yeah green poop was a sign of too much foremilk for us .Are you block feeding? When I started nursing on one side for 2-3 feedings it went back to yellowish pretty quick.

Thanks Ladies, I will try block feeding but I do suspect that it is a food allergy. All of his poop is not green just a little bit but I knew that was something to be concerned about.....

I agree with this post. With ds2 we had huge BF issues and he was unable to nurse effeciently enough to get hindmilk. As a result he was very gassy and had green poop until we resolved our issues. Foremilk is also the sugary watery portion of breastmilk basically like the drink of the meal and the hindmilk contains the fats or food of it. If babe isn't getting the fat he can also get constipated and if it is a real problem they also don't gain well as they aren't getting the calories (like my ds2). HTH.

Some occasional greenish isn't a worry, but if it's constant and especially if the baby is colicky or gassy it could indicate allergies (dairy) or too much foremilk.
My DD1 has a dairy allergy and the green poop were the key to our diagnosis.

My Lo was having the "normal" yellowish brown poops for the first week and then in the middle of the second week they turned bright green and he was extra gassy and having less BM's.
I tried stopping dairy and it really didn't have an effect.
The following week they turned back to yellowish brown and have stayed that way.
I suspect foremilk/hindmilk imbalance because I was also having problems with "oversupply" and him not "emptying" the breast.
The ped says nothing to worry about unless the poop turns colorless...
Who knows...
