bowel problems

for the last three nites i have woke up in serious pain. i really thought today was it for me .i've had bad gas and intestinal cramps. i sit on the toilet(i dont push,dont want hemmroids)20-30 than i finally am able to go and i feel much better. today though, i woke up again. filled the pot(tmi, sorry) and the cramps didnt go away. my back started to get a horrible low ache too. i tried to lay down and that didnt help. i walked around for about 20 minutes and i thought to myself this could be it.this is how i felt in labor with my last son. walking was the only thing that helped me. now i feel better as the pain is now gone. i just dont know if i can go through this for 4 more weeks.

It could be your body getting ready for labor. Supposedly it cleanses itself out. I've been pooping like a fiend for the last week, but still no baby. Hopefully, you wont have to deal with that for another month!
