Delicious Crock Pot recipes that your kids will eat?

I love using my crock pot its so handy to have a meal slow cooked and done at the end of the day. I would love some new ideas using it and things your kids will eat too! Or just anything new that you thought was delicious!
( I do the traditional roast and potatoes, chicken and dressing, soups, but my kids aren't too crazy about any of those.)
Thank you!

We had this for dinner tonight, it's a crockpot beef stir fry that I adapted from a Better Homes and Gardens slow cooker cookbook.

In a crockpot, put
4-6 carrots, peeled and sliced on a bias
1/2-1 bunch green onions, also bias sliced
2-4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1-2lb round steak, cut into cubes (the recipie calls for round steak, and I think a pound, but I tend to make this dinner big because the leftovers are great. I've used several different cuts of meat in it and they're all good).

Pour over it sauce:
1-1/2 c beef bone broth
3-4T tamari
2t-2T grated fresh ginger (I think this recipie is better with TONS of fresh ginger, but the original recipie only calls for 2t)
1/4 t crushed red pepper
(optional: salt to taste if you haven't salted your broth already)

Cook on low 8-9 hours (I usually wind up doing this a little less and it's fine)

A half hour before serving time increase heat to high. Add
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 bag frozen sugar snap peas (I usually use fresh instead and also have substituted fresh snow peas and it is also very good)

Also add 3T cold water + 3T corn starch and stir

Serve over hot cooked rice (I cook it in beef bone broth).

One of our favorites is roasted lime-cilantro eye of round beef: http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/re...cipe_id=600494

The recipe calls for roasting in the oven, but I put it in the slow cooker on high for 6 hours and it is yummy. We serve it with pinto beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. It's very like Chipotle restaurant's "Barbacoa beef." It's a big hit with everyone in the family.
