How 'ya feelin?

This is my 3rd baby and each time my symtpoms are different each time. With my first my chest was so incredibly sore and I was so tired I could barely make it up in the am and I lost 12 lbs the 1st trimester due to being so sick.

With the 2nd, I was tired but no chest pain. Still threw up a lot but no weight loss.

With this third precious one, I'm just feeling tired-especially after lunch (good thing the others still nap) and then exhausted again around 7:00 pm. I'm not throwing up yet, I'm just waiting for that to happen.

So how are you all feeling?

nauseous this morning, then ravenous this afternoon. tired as hell by 7pm, up to pee at 5am every morning. sore nipples, can only fit one bra I own right now. and the bloating...

I just now got nauseous the first of this week. Why I think I'm just now getting sick(no throwing up yet though)...I read by the end of the 7th week(which tomorrow will be day 1 of week 7 for me) that your baby grows double what it is. WOW!!! So that's why I'm not feeling great...I'm about to grow! My boobs are very full, tired evening time, no food sounds good ( other than I found out today that baked potatoes are AMAZING when you dont want to eat anything), and I'm incredibly moody. Poor DH, I told him this wont last the whole time. My Insomnia is getting a little better though.

I keep going back and forth between wondering if this is a joke, if everything is ok in there because I just don't really know what's going on and feel kind of ok, to feeling nauseous. I guess I should take the more frequent nausea as a sign of good things. And I think part of me thinks I should be farther along than I am--I've only known for a week haha! I just need to hold my horses.

I'm feeling nothing...which worries me. Last time my breasts were huge and sore and I had morning sickness early on. Nothing at all this time, besides slightly tender nipples (but I have a nursling who is constantly teething, so that's not necessarily pregnancy related). I'm regretting that I've told a few friend now.... I hate the all day nausea, but it's was also quite reassuring, you know?

I am sorry you are worried. Will you be seeing an OB or MW soon?

I have been worried too,i don't seem to have the same symptoms as when i was PG with DD, not that I can really clearly remember, I think I really had very few symptoms. I spend all morning worrying because I feel totally normal and all afternoon feeling sick, but maybe that is just form the worrying! I am pretty tired, but I am tired when not PG! I finally decided to call the OB and have some Beta counts done.

I so understand how you're all feeling. This is my 3rd like I said in the original post and I worry too. I'm tired and feel a tiny bit nauseated when I wake up in the am, but my breasts aren't sore, but they weren't with my 2nd one either. I hate waiting to hear the baby's heartbeat. I just want to know that they are ok and doing well in the womb. Prayer has been my constant comfort right now.

Today's lesson was to eat breakfast at home, even if I overslept by an hour and am late for work. I got something on the way but I felt soooooooooo wretched in the little bit of time I had to wait to get to my desk and eat it.

the queasiness is more frequent but manageable. it basically comes whenever I haven't eaten immediately after becoming hungry.

I'm sort of like you Bloomingstar... If I try to ignore the "hey eat now Mama!!" tickle in my tummy, I end up getting a headache and just feel icky.

I have been doing *okay* not eating first thing in the morning and waiting to get to work, but I think I have to ammend it. I have noticed the past two days that I have been getting really dizzy and not good feeling at all by time I get to work... I'm always fine after I eat.

Time to get some crackers next to the bed. *nods*

But really overall... not too bad. Really haven't gotten nautious at all. I'm not worried about it after my Mom told me she didn't get it with any of us and other female relatives in the same gene pool said the same.

Just mostly tired, and feeling a bit bloated... yesterday I was getting twinges in my abdomen, I think it was from doing too much over the weekend. I went to bed promptly at 8 last night and slept til 6 and feel much better today.

Anyone else waking up CONSTANTLY? I'm sleeping well, but waking up a ton, generally falling right back asleep, but I know I'm waking a lot... sometimes from crazy dreams, other times I don't remember.

Lousy! I am sooooo tired it is rediculous. And the nausea just sneeks up on me! Its not terrible, but sneaky! Everything smells terrible, I got in my car this morning and instantly had to hold my nose, ick. My house stinks, coffee smells icky. Ughh. I am very anxious too, which isn't helping things. I had some spotting on sat, and a little this am, but all these symptoms, boy I hope its all ok!!

Lousy in the mornings. Wish I could throw up, even, but I don't. Better around noon usually and then I fall asleep in the afternoons and wake to whatever disaster DD created while I slept (last week poo, this week yogurt everywhere).

Nausea hits again at night just as I'm going to bed (prob because of the prenatal vitamin I'm taking as I get ready for bed).

It was NOT like this with DD; I breezed through the first trimester. I hope this doesn't last the whole time.

I haven't had any nausea yet, and I'm hoping it stays that way! I can't stand nausea or vomiting. I've only thrown up about 5 times in my life (that I remember), including the flu when I was 6 (no kidding) and I don't intend on getting pukey now (fingers crossed)! I'm so sorry to everyone who gets nauseous!

All I have that's constant is nipple soreness, for the last week or so, and my boobs feel a little heavier, but no bigger.

I also had some massive fatigue yesterday, but today I'm just a little tired. Overall, more tired than normal though.

Actually, another constant is feeling famished in the mornings. Completely starving. I've been eating a ton in the AM and early afternoon, but then it subsides and I fill up very quickly at dinner. Kind of strange.

Oh, and then the bloat. Lots o' bloat. :

nausea is getting worse everyday! part of me is somehow excited about that I guess I take it to mean that things are ok. I'm nauseous but thankfully not puking. I think because I have long since recovered from bulimia, though, my body is making it come out the other end :

Yesterday I as a little *meh* in the tummy... not quite queasy, but not feeling right either...

It's back this morning... but stronger. I could probably vomit if I felt like getting up to do so, but I'm concentrating on ignoring it currently.
I threw up Tuesday and then this morning. I've never had vomiting before.

I have some vit B suckers and that's been helping right now.

mclisa

my sister was telling me about some miracle sucker yesterday at the motherhood and maternity store--is that what you're having?

My hormones are ALL over the place today. I woke up in a lovey mood... got to work wanting to kill EVERYTHING. Then I was just ready to cry...

I got NO sleep last night... not really. I fell asleep at 8:00 pm then woke up at 9:30 having to pee sooooo BAD! Then I could not get back to sleep for the life of me. Tossed and turned forever, feel in and out of light crazy dream sleep...

WANT SLEEP! Sooo edgy today.

All I know is I'm sooo tired but can't fall asleep at all! It's so annoying! I haven't really been sick feeling yet, but if I remember right from last time I didn't start feeling bad until 7 weeks. I've noticed my hands have been shaking a lot for the last few days, not sure what that's about. (which is not so great since I'm a dentist!) That and really sore breasts and having to pee a lot are really my only complaints right now. I know it's coming though!

Man the moodiness is what gets me too!
I hear ya with that. I'm all over the map, too.
Oh and the nausea and (for me) gagging. I wish I could throw up,
it sounds so much more gratifying than just dry-heaving nothing.
When are we due for a new trimester????
I am nauseated all the time but if I am eating then I am ok. No throwing up yet.I had it with both my other dc but I don't remember when it started. I am tired. Oh and my legs are about to cramp anytime now.
