Coalition for Breech Birth petition going in - please read/sign

anyone who has not signed the CBB petition, please visit the website, read the wording carefully, and sign it if you agree. I found out that the SOGC is getting ready to publish new guidelines so we need to get this in so they know that we care what those guidelines say.

Can I sign if I'm in the USA? I wish there was one for the ACOG.

US or other international signatures absolutely welcome - from our standpoint, women are women, and international agreement among women can only be a good thing.

The ACOG guidelines were changed in July of 2006 so that now caregivers who are experienced and want to have the go ahead to catch breeches. It's not worded as anything like a ringing endorsement of vaginal breech but at least it's something - now the pressure has to come from mamas to force the OBs to have REAL informed consent discussions about it.
