Weird ?: Would any of you AP apply for Wife Swap?

'Wife Swap' (ABC) is an American "unscripted" (aka "reality") show where two mothers trades lives for two weeks. Usually total opposites (liberal vs. conservative, messy vs. clean, traditional religion vs. Wiccan). The first week the mothers have to live by the rules set by the family, but the 2nd week lets the mothers change the rules and show the family how her family does things. I hope I explained that well (?).

I just think it would be AMAZING to not only get an "crunchy" household involved -- which they have done before -- but an intactivist family involved who was dedicated at the cause to create awareness and educate! Only, I'm 100% certain the network would never, ever allow it.

Not a wife but I think they did one thing on that I saw on a marathon time once -the mom was a 'really strict' bullying type' the other mom was pretty laidback all i remember the wife was having a hard time being like the laidback wife

Weeeell, you wouldn't have to plug the intactivist thing until you got there.

I wouldn't do it, though. I'd be too nervous about who'd be with my kids, and I have a nurseling.

I'd never do Wife Swap or any show like that but I've always wanted to be part of the outside audience group at The Today Show and hold up a HUGE NoCirc.org sign.

I wouldn't do it either but I'd love to watch an intactivist family on it!!

Although they do seem to make non-mainstream families look like loons so it might actually not be such a good idea.

Not a chance! I would probably get a horrible woman who is against homeschooling, co-sleeping, AP, gentle discipline...etc. Because that is the exact opposite of me
I would come home to find my son's foreskin retracted and my older children in public school. *Shudder*
Although I wouldn't mind going to someone else's house and imposing my lifestyle on them
