"Bored Now!"

(extra geek points to the first person to guess who I'm quoting in my title)

Seeeeeeeeeeriously.

I've been cramping off-and-on for the past four days. Nothing consistent or even really measurable. They're especially noticeable at night while I'm sleeping (or trying to), and seem to fade during the day. It's getting old really, really fast.

OK, whining complete.

you're warming up! right? so that means before you know it...

ok question, does it feel like menstrual like cramps or stomach gas cramps?

i just now started to feel a tinge of menstrual like cramps but it's not strong enough so im even thinking maybe im conjuring it up.

They feel kinda like menstrual cramps. A little different (and not as strong... I get some crazy nasty menstrual cramps, and these are very tolerable), but pretty close.

That would be Vamp!Willow. And then later, Dark!Willow just before flaying Warren. *shudder*

Yes, I am a huge Jossgeek.

Go blizzardbabe's uterus! Contract contract contract!

Not in your DDC, but I saw the thread's title and thought ...

Bad Willow!

I love Bad Willow!

I hope you are feeling better. Hopefully the uncomfortable crampiness is foreshadowing for what's to come (like Bad Willow was foreshadowing for what was going to happen with Willow later - I am such a nerd, I know!) :

Ok, I definitely remember the Bad Willow boredom, but am I also remembering River using the phrase in Firefly? Maybe I'll spend the weekend with my feet up watching it to refresh my memory.

Hmmm... not sure. I was definitely referring to Willow, but I guess it's not all that uncommon of a phrase, and developed a kind of cult following.

Man I bet you are bored, can you get out to take a walk or something to try to bring on baby?

We walked to the grocery store and back today (about a mile each way) and it was killer. My hips and back hurt and I was kind of shuffling by the time we got back. It was less than dignified.

The cramping seems to be pretty confined to the wee early hours of the morning. I told DH that I think it means I'll go into labor "for real" starting at about 4am.

So maybe if you dtd at like 4 then it will get you started so enough so it wont stop...

You've clearly never tried to wake my DH up from a dead sleep. I'd need a cast iron frying pan.

But it's an interesting idea. One to be seriously considered.
