Itchy throat and Ears

Does anyone know of any remedies for this?? It is driving me crazy! The only time I get relief is when I swallow or eat... and I can't eat all day. I've never had this before so this is all new to me. Help!!

eta: I thought I should add that I do have a runny nose with this.. if that helps at all...

Sounds like pollen issues, try some allergy medicine, or do like I do and rub your ears a lot while making loogy noises with your throat. That seems to help me.
